I recently had my entire roof redone, and Larry, Project Consultant at Next Level Exteriors, was wonderful to work with. He clearly explained everything from how to file the claim, was very knowledgeable in describing their products and services, and he provided a detailed, fair quote. He came over to my residence several times to meet with me in person, and always answered my texts promptly. He was very professional, honest, and personable. Greg, the production manager and his roofing crew did a great job. The two layers of shingles were removed quickly, the new roof, fascia, skylight, etc. were installed in one day, and the gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on the next day. They took / shared pictures of the rotten plywood that needed to be replaced and made the price very fair. Their attention to detail and quality was very impressive, and the yard cleanup was great. I had a lower price quote with another contractor but Larry was so great to work, quality was important to me, and he guaranteed they would stand behind their work, so I chose Next Level Exteriors and am happy I did.
